These medically needy asset provisions apply to all aged, blind, and disabled applicants and recipients of Medicaid unless otherwise specified in this chapter.
There is no asset test for applicants and recipients who are applying, or are eligible under the children and family categories, the Children with Disabilities coverage, or subject to MAGI methodologies so the asset provisions do not apply to those individuals.
